What is March Forth?

Gevity strives to motivate and empower its colleagues by helping them find a healthy balance between their work and their personal lives. That’s why we created March Forth^SM—a company-wide movement that encourages people to march forward in life and reach their fullest potential. We have designated March 4th as a day of celebration throughout all Gevity offices nationwide. It’s a day to celebrate the amazing potential within each colleague—and to commemorate their strengths, vision, and unlimited possibilities

In addition to the company-wide celebration, we also created March Forth Day^SM. March Forth Day is not a personal day, but a personal fulfillment day. It’s any day an employee chooses to March Forth and take the day off in order to take the day on. How can someone spend their March Forth Day? Your imagination is your only limit. Take up snorkeling. Take up singing. Take up sewing. Take a tennis lesson. Take time to read a book. Take an elderly neighbor to lunch. Take a break from self-doubt. Take a bike ride. Take a hike. Take a risk. Take comfort in the fact that you won’t regret what you do half as much as you’ll regret what you don’t do.
